In the last months, numerous reports of suspicious activities connected to the online sale of BESTWAY products were brought to our attention. These activities - which took place on multiple websites - were later confirmed to be fraudulent in nature, to the detriment of our consumers and our brand reputation.

We therefore urge consumers who may be interested in BESTWAY products to purchase only from authorized resellers and to make their purchases only on secure, certified e-commerce platforms. We also urge them to always verify the reliability of the information displayed on advertisements and/or web pages, within the bounds of common sense.

When buying online, please make sure to only use secure payment methods such as, but not limited to, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Diner's Club Discover, PayPal – and to comply with all the required security protocols.

Lastly, consumers should exercise extreme caution when communicating with sellers or retailers through unofficial channels such as - but not limited to - WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and other social media platforms.
